WebDSST Exam Locations. There are two types of locations that give DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST), fully funded and non-funded. DANTES can pay any fees at areas that are fully funded, such as military bases or college campuses. On schools that do not accept payment or reimbursement from DANTES, non-funded locations are set up.
