WebScholar has ALL the DLC, which are incredible additions to the game. Scholar has better Multiplayer, hands down. Scholar has 60 fps on xbox. Not sure how it works on other systems, but that alone is pretty great. Scholar has better enemy placement and an additional boss. Definitely makes it worth it. Found it hard for many reasons, one big reason being that as ganky as the game is 'scholar' is gank on steroids but i eventually persevered.
