WebIf I am not mistaken, your play time on your hidden game will show on your profile even though the game is set to hidden. So you should change your privacy settings if you don't want your friends to see your hidden games in any way. But this way, they won't be able see any of your games.

WebIf you only set your friends list status to offline then the game will still show up under "recently played" on your profile. To completely hide your status and game history you will need to set Steam itself to offline mode.
